Back board and spine detached from text block, Front board has been taped to front end paper, This is a common problem with the Three Investigators hardbacks, but the spine can be reglued. Otherwise spine is sunned and has an "A" in black marker at the top. A fair amount of edge wear, along with scuffing and scratches to boards, gift inscrip across from half title. Text block is bright and clean.
This ireprint was published about 1970 or 1971. Back cover lists to "Coughing Dragon" (1970); blue graveyard endpapers; Robert Arthur listed as author and Harry Kane as illustrator; matte cover finish with yellow spine, gift inscrip. Christmas 1971.
